Hello world

I love food and I like to think that it also loves me back. I mostly created this blog as sort of a chronicle of all the food I make when I'm bored. I love the meaty flavor of offal ingredients and I tend to cook with the most ghetto equipment because grad students can't afford good cooking equipment. Especially those 200,000 in debt.
